No entanto, na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iab.net\/mixx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IAB MIXX Conference<\/a>, que aconteceu dia 1\u00ba de outubro em Nova York, o chefe de medi\u00e7\u00e3o do Facebook, <strong>Brad Smallwood<\/strong>, mostrou os resultados de estudos recentes que mostram que o alcance e a frequ\u00eancia s\u00e3o mais valiosas que os cliques.<\/p>\n<p>Em sua pesquisa, Smallwood conclui que 99% das vendas vieram de usu\u00e1rios que viram um <strong>an\u00fancio<\/strong>, mas <strong>n\u00e3o interagiram<\/strong> com ele. Campanhas que otimizaram o alcance, tiveram efic\u00e1cia de 70 % e a campanhas que otimizaram a frequ\u00eancia foram 40% mais efetivas no <strong>ROI<\/strong> (Retorno sobre o investimento).<\/p>\n<p>Os cliques s\u00e3o importantes para campanhas de <strong>resposta direta<\/strong>, mas eles s\u00e3o apenas uma parte da publicidade das marcas no Facebook. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhuma correla\u00e7\u00e3o entre a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o das vendas e a taxa de cliques.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com <strong>Tom Buday<\/strong>, diretor de marketing e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o consumidor da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/nestlepurelife?fref=ts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nestl\u00e9 S.A.<\/a>, o sucesso ou a falha n\u00e3o \u00e9 dependente do <strong>canal de publicidade<\/strong>. Tudo se resume <strong>a mensagem da marca<\/strong>. Uma vez que os anunciantes t\u00eam uma <strong>mensagem de qualidade<\/strong>, podem traz\u00ea-la para plataformas como o Facebook. Qualidade da mensagem \u00e9 mais importante do que nunca por causa da tecnologia que est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 os consumidores t\u00eam mais controle sobre as mensagens que v\u00eaem, como tamb\u00e9m eles podem divulgar se amaram ou odiaram a campanha.<\/p>\n<p>Smallwood disse que o Facebook n\u00e3o tem tido as ferramentas e m\u00e9tricas para anunciantes compreender o seu <strong>desempenho<\/strong> na plataforma.
